kinako-cran bites.
November 9th, 2007
This is an oldie but I’m digging it out because I think it had a cult following. And by ‘cult following’, I mean one or two loyal fans…family excluded.

KINAKO-CRAN BITES with WHITE CHOCOLATE CHIPS.
½ cup Kinako (soy bean powder)
¾ cup barley flour
2 eggs
3 tbs butter
½ cup fat-free sour cream
1 cup whole berry jellied cranberry
½ cup white sugar
2 tbs condensed milk
½ cup white chocolate chips
¼ tsp salt
Dried cranberries for topping
Bake Time: 14min, 350F

Please I would love to sleep through winter. Or at least give me an Onsen, come on.
