holla, foodies!

Looks like I’ve been getting a lot of visitors via Rotoworld today. Helloooooo fantasy footballers! Just in case you didn’t know…I don’t really like football. For starters, they need to change the color of the ball. I’m thinking of something neon or fluorescent, preferably glow-in-the-dark, anything so I can see the damn thing when my husband is pointing to the tv and telling me, “Watch, it’s going to come from the sky!!” (And I still can’t see it.)

And speaking of bad colors, the picture below looks pretty unappetizing. It actually was quite tasty - a little tangy, a lot fiery, and just a hint of sweet.

(I really don’t know what I was going for here - let’s blame it on the severely congested nose and impaired sense of smell. Gonna go back and post the recipe to the Perfect Pumpkin Muffin instead….enjoy!)
