I’m not sure what to do with myself when it’s 13ºF outside. Drink vodka? I don’t know.
Think tropical.

COCONUT & PEANUT SATAY SAUCE.
Ingredients:
1 tsp peanut oil
1 tbs red curry paste
1 tbs sugar
1.5 cup coconut milk
3 tbs peanut butter
1-2 tbs soy sauce
In a pan, heat the oil and stir in the red curry paste. When it begins to bubble, add the sugar, coconut milk, peanut butter, and soy sauce. Keep heat on low to medium to avoid burning. Use sauce with marinated chicken, tofu, noodles, or vegetables.
