Bonjour Montréal! I miss you already… (And by Montréal, I mean Joh & François, who came to visit the city this weekend.)
Do you like my tuque? And my bloody caesar? Oh I love you both, muah muah.

My over-stuffed GALETTE.
Ingredients: (4 Servings)
¾ cup buckwheat flour
1 cup milk
½ tsp salt
2 tbs unsalted butter (plus additional for pan)
Pictured with tuna and fresh goat cheese - although my favorite is probably just some good old PB & J.

The hub wished me a “Happy Martin Luther King Day!” at least three times today, the first one at 5 in the morning. He says I get to open presents (”a Lil Wayne CD”). Anyway, I am surely lacking the proper enthusiasm, but happy MLK Day to you, too…!
