tempeh taco tuesday.
Have you ever wondered how tempeh would taste with taco seasoning? I bet you have. (I’m sorry I don’t have more pressing questions like, is Tom Brady’s foot broken? Did Tom Coughlin’s face recover from frost-bite? How do I save the world?)
Anyway I’ve taken the liberty of being your test subject, so here we go…

TEMPEH TACOS.
Ingredients: (4 Servings)
1 red onion, chopped
2 cups tempeh, ground
1 package taco seasoning
Sauté onions until tender, about 5 min. Put tempeh into food proccesor; grind until fine. Add to onions, and cook until slightly brown and crumbly. Slowly stir in taco seasoning, adding water if necessary (tempeh soaks up water like a sponge and gets sticky - beware!). Serve warm as taco filling.
