fake strawberry muffins are yum!

I love artificial strawberry flavoring - is that so wrong?
CHOCOLATE-STRAWBERRY MUFFINS…with no real strawberries.
Ingredients: (6 muffins)
4 tbs butter
½ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup Nesquik strawberry syrup
2 eggs
1.5 cups flour
1 tsp BP
1 tsp BS
½ tsp salt
½ cup mini chocolate chips
1 tbs Canola oil
Bake Time: 20-25 min, 350F

Hey, my game won an award too! I don’t see anyone celebrating that on a blog!
I enjoyed the muffin today. It reminded me a little of Frankenberry cereal. An adult-acceptable alternative to Frankenberry is not a bad thing…
