WHOLE WHEAT GRANNILICIOUS LOAF.
For the Apples:
2 Granny Smith Apples, diced
½ cup Water
2 tbs Honey
1 stick Cinnamon
1/8 tsp All-Spice
2 eggs
2/3 cup Maple Syrup
3 tbs Butter
1 tbs Buttermilk Powder
1.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp BP
1 tsp BS
½ tsp Salt
1 tbs Canola Oil
For the Topping:
½ cup Rolled Oats
4 tbs Butter
¼ cup Brown Sugar
Bake Time: 25 min, 350F

Hi friends…long time no see. And now, for the exciting news….KKWAC! is BACK! Yea! !! !!!!
(I’ll start by trying to recover some of the lost posts again…here we go, with the funky new font…)

POM PANNA COTTA.
Ingredients: (4 Servings)
1 and ¼ cup POM or Pomegranate Juice
½ cup Sugar
1 cup Heavy Cream
1 tsp Unflavored Gelatin
Dissolve gelatin in 1 tbsp hot water. Meanwhile, combine pomegranate juice and sugar and let simmer until slightly reduced (roughly 1 cup). Reserve ¼ cup of this syrup for sauce. Add heavy cream and dissolved gelatin to the remaining pomegranate syrup. Stir. Pour into 4 ramekins and let chill and set in the refrigerator, about 4 hrs. Serve with reserved pomegranate sauce.

PEANUT BUTTER & BANANA MUFFINS with WHITE CHOCOLATE GANACHE.
Ingredients: (6 muffins)
2 Bananas, mashed (about 1 cup)
3 tbsp Peanut Butter, room temperature
2 Eggs
2 tbsp Organic Raw Blue Agave Nectar
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 and ¼ cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp BP
1 tsp BS
½ tsp Salt
Bake Time: 25 min, 350F
For the Ganache - Melt 8 oz white chocolate with ¼ cup heavy cream, over a water bath. Frost muffins, let cool and set.
