I’m waiting for my curly-haired delivery guy to bring dinner (fried chicken) from Stamford, CT. SO HUNGRY. Must look at yummy photos to keep up my blood sugar…

YOGURT CAKE, VERSION 1.
Ingredients: (2 Loaves)
1 cup Non-Fat Plain Yogurt
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3/4 cups Sugar
1/4 cup Honey
1/3 cup Canola Oil
1 and 3/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp BP
1 tsp BS
1/2 tsp Salt
Dried Figs, Sliced
Wine or Rum, for soaking Figs
Bake Time: 25-35 min, 350F

WHOLE WHEAT GRANNILICIOUS LOAF.
For the Apples:
2 Granny Smith Apples, diced
½ cup Water
2 tbs Honey
1 stick Cinnamon
1/8 tsp All-Spice
2 eggs
2/3 cup Maple Syrup
3 tbs Butter
1 tbs Buttermilk Powder
1.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp BP
1 tsp BS
½ tsp Salt
1 tbs Canola Oil
For the Topping:
½ cup Rolled Oats
4 tbs Butter
¼ cup Brown Sugar
Bake Time: 25 min, 350F
